Building The Wall

When Pink Floyd put together their live production of “The Wall” they had cameras recording the set-up from load-in to the extinguishing of the house lights for a planned behind the scenes documentary that sadly was the victim of the inner-band squabbles that ended the Roger Waters era version of Pink Floyd. Well the fascinating footage from Earls Court 1980 has been unearthed as is now available to Pink Floyd fans both new and old on The Lost Documentary, a preview of which is available at its website. I have always loved behind the scenes concert documentaries and this looks to be quite interesting. Anything has got to be better than watching that bubbling mud in “Echoes”!
