In other Festival related fun, Patty Williams at About Classic Rock (can you tell I just subscribed to their newsletter?) has put together a summer festival guide which is (shock) heavy on the classic rock. If you thought that Journey, Lynyrd Skynyrd, Loverboy, the B52s and CCR (!) were a thing of the past, some of these line-ups might just shock you!
Finally, rumour has it that Bono is planning Live Aid 2! Please, please do not invite Lionel Ritchie I’m begging ya!
UPDATE! Bono denies that there are plans for another Live Aid.
Later.
