I thought the book was cool and talking to Vera was wonderful. She has so much insight into the band and that whole NYC punk scene and her willingness to share it with us all amazes me. More than anything else, you can tell that this book is her life with DeeDee and in her own words. So many of these types of things are ghost-written and fake. Vera's the real deal. Looking forward to reading part two!!!
