Hoobastank, 3 Doors Down, and Dinosaur Jr. are first in the line-up of rock and pop musicians joining Uncovered presented by Southern Comfort, the new monthly series where artists perform exclusive covers around what they are calling “the nation’s most legendary venues.”
Dinosaur Jr. is first, with his cover of The Cure’s “Just Like Heaven.” Being added to the website soon is 3 Doors Down performing Jon Bon Jovi’s “Dead or Alive” and Nina Persson of the Cardigan’s new outfit A Camp performing “Psycho” by Leon Payne.
JET, The Dears, Black Lips, and more will be added in later months. New episodes of Uncovered by Southern Comfort will premiere on the second Monday of each month. A list with the complete line-up will be available on Playboy.com beginning August 1st.

Now when I tell people I go to Playboy.Com I can tell them “It’s for the music…”
