It is with genuine sadness that I read yesterday that The Wayback Machine, one of the best rock and roll radio shows on the air today, will be broadcasting their last show on Monday, August 28th, 2006. Kopper really knows his shit and The Wayback Machine was always a great source for the rawest nuggets of rock and roll out there and it will be missed but the good news is that he is not leaving radio. Like so many shows these days, podcasting has overtaken regular FM radio as the best way to distribute content and Kopper and his gang are still pumping out great rock and roll on their Garage Punk podcasts. As they say: "The King is dead! Long live the King!"
